I admitted, not easy go away from the first office, what else that place is center to learning all new lessons for me. PT. GMG Sentosa (GMG) is one of the factory that concern to production crumb rubber, the location at Sungai Ambangah and began running on early 2010 years. This factory is multinational company GMG group that responsible to Sinochem.
Since worked on 12 April 2010, many things I got in there. Especially all the things about rubber. Contents of rubber, structures of rubber, and everything’s that made up me knew way to selection the good rubbers. In GMG, not only knowledge about rubbers that I’ve gotten. I also little understanding the way to treatment of waste water in factory. And the most important knowledge then is a self infestation for me is learning ISO 9001:2008 in there.
As the first work experience, must be difficult to say “resign”. Many things will be worrying, about jobs responsibility until leaving close friends that i got in a year. But, I need improve my self faster and will get wide perspective about work. Please forgive me, I must get out from GMG to new factory that accepted me to be employer with agreement better career.
At this time, I’m in PT. Cahaya Kalbar, tbk. That’s include Wilmar Group. Wilmar is the one of the big group in Indonesia that active in production vegetable oil. Exactly 2 Mei 2011, I’ve started to work at the factory that located in Batulayang. Cahaya Kalbar (CK) has producted cooking oil, illipe nut oil, and palm kernel oil.
In this factory, I back to see knowledge that I got at study in the university. This is very different with analysis of rubber that I never got on study in the university. One things made me attracted by work in CK is learning instrument that I had never seen before. The big hope of me for CK, I also will get a lot of knowledge as work in GMG several times ago. Hopefully, I more ready to reach my great dream. Amin.
